Becoming HER Counseling and Consulting, LLC, was established on February 24, 2025, founded by Ebony Shimin, Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Ebony, was inspired and empowered to create BHCC after enduring her own life challenges, transitions, and overcoming anxiety, depression, struggles with single motherhood, etc. Her mission is to provide a professional, safe and nurturing environment where women can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insights, and develop coping strategies tailored to their individual needs. With the use of evidence-based therapeutic practices, she aims to inspire personal growth, resilience, and self-discovery, enabling the women she serves to embrace their authentic selves and lead fulfilling lives.
